Enrollment Process and Fees
ENROLLMENT FOR 2023-2024 WILL OPEN APRIL 1, 2023
Due to the very targeted and specific nature of the type of instruction and support we provide, we ask that you please read the information below before starting the application and enrollment process.
Enrollment Fee: $250:
There will be an enrollment fee of $250. Completion of this packet and submission of the enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s spot. With the exception of the enrollment fee, no other fees or payments will be drafted at the time of enrollment. On your end, you will be asked to select your desired payment plan and payment method.
Tuition for the 2023–2024 school year is $16,200. For families who are not applying for tuition assistance, Renner Academy will manually finalize your payment plan based on your selected payment plan and method. You will receive a subsequent email with your exact payment dates and amounts.
Curriculum and Materials Fee:
There will be a one time supply fee of $250 per student. This fee covers the cost of curriculum and typical school supplies such as pencils, crayons, folders, art supplies, etc. This fee is due by JUNE 15, 2023.
*Student iPads, required apps, and student backpacks (optional) are not included in the supply fee.
Class photos, field trips, etc. are paid for by the family and are separate from tuition costs. Any additional costs will be communicated to you in advance.
Payment Plan Fee:
All payments must be set up through the FACTS system. FACTS charges a $55 fee for this service. This fee will not be charged until Renner Academy manually finalizes your payment plan.
Debit/Credit Card Processing Fee:
If you select ACH as your payment method, there is a $0.85 per transaction. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, FACTS will charge a convenience fee of 2.95%.
A required nonrefundable fee of $40 will apply for families wishing to apply for tuition assistance. A separate application for financial aid will need to be completed using the FACTS Financial Aid system at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4P68S. If the application is approved, your tuition will be adjusted within the FACTS system. Please note, you will be responsible for full tuition if the application is denied. Families will be contacted on the decision of acceptance or denial of a submitted application.
For returning families:
If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, we recommend that you start the FACTS Financial Aid application at the same time as submitting your reenrollment packet. By starting the financial aid application, we will know to wait to finalize your payment agreement. Once your information has been verified, the scholarship committee will make a decision to either grant or deny financial aid. If the financial aid is approved, you must accept the offer, and we will finalize your payment plan to reflect your award amount.
Returning students and students that have received formal acceptance:
All families must complete an enrollment/reenrollment packet for each attending child on FACTS. Current families will receive an email with the link for reenrollment. New families will receive this link AFTER the application has been accepted.
